About Our Program Facilitators
Sameer Khan, an Indian yoga instructor, is one of Europe's earliest practitioners and teachers of Hot Yoga.
Drawing inspiration from his Indian heritage, he played a key role in introducing and popularizing this transformative practice, which combines traditional yoga techniques with high-temperature environments.
Based in Brussels, Sameer has conducted impactful sessions at the European Parliament and various embassies, showcasing the physical and mental benefits of Hot Yoga.
His innovative approach and cultural diplomacy have positioned him as a trailblazer in wellness advocacy, inspiring individuals across Europe to embrace holistic health practices.

Meet Rashmi, a seasoned yoga practitioner.
She comes from a small town in Meghalaya and has lived across various parts of the country for education and work, hence, she felt a sense of constant growth and movement.
After many internal battles, she accepted her state of stagnation after eight years of corporate work and then came Yoga, and her whole life turned inside out.
She specializes in Therapeutic Pranayama and Yoga Nidra, alongside other fundamental yoga practices.
